The Lonely Bird Band

The Lonely Bird Band (Scott Nygaard, Jesse Appelman, Alisa Rose) is a new San Francisco Bay Area trio from diverse musical backgrounds performing original and traditional music based in the American fiddle tradition.. It’s a diverse contemporary string band experience, grounded in traditional melodies, but with a playful improvisatory flair.
